Our Services
Our staff provide high quality support and care in a relaxed but professional, competent manner. They are trained to the highest standards but more importantly they are dedicated to providing the best opportunities for people with learning disabilities to help them to achieve their aspirations.
Jubilee House supports people with learning and other disabilities, to enable them to develop as an individual whilst accessing as many opportunities as possible.
We recognise the importance of respecting, listening to and recognising the diversity of those who use our services. The opinions of service users are important to us which is why we continually monitor and review our services to ensure they meet evolving needs. Feedback ensures that those people using our services, and other interested parties are involved in the ongoing development and improvement of the services. We appreciate any feedback: comments, ideas or testimonials can be emailed to enquiries@jubileehouse.com
Each service is managed by a Registered Project Manager in line with CQC/Ofsted requirement, The Health and Social Care Act 2008 and The Care Act 2014.
