Governance and Management

Our board of trustees is responsible for the overall control and strategy direction of the charity and they operate with a committee structure, with most powers and responsibilities maintained at board level. These Committees are: Finance, Governance and Operations.

Our Business Management team is responsible for the delivery of the strategic aims of the organisation with the support of the Operational Management team.

The trustees and the management team work together to maintain good communication, establishing a positive ethos throughout the organisation which cultivates new ideas and adopts best practice.
