Waking Night Support Worker

Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker

Job Type: Full time / Part time –  including bank holidays and weekends

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Salary Details: £10.18 per hour

Are you currently looking for a Waking Night Support Worker role?

Our services need caring and compassionate Waking Night Support Workers, ideally with 2 years experience in a day or night support role and the values and ability to perform in this important job.

Support Workers

Job Title: Support Worker

Job Type: Full /Part Time Hours

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Salary Details: £9.16 – £9.81 per hour

Are you currently looking for a Support Worker role? If you have a passion for people and would like to explore starting or developing your career in health and social care, this could be the role for you. We are looking for caring and kind individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of the adults and children with learning disabilities that we support.

You will have:

  • A commitment to empowering people, the ability to work closely with the families of our service users and external teams.
  • A positive, kind and compassionate nature, the ability to take responsibility for yourself and those individuals you support
  • A confident, assured approach, remaining calm in potentially difficult situations, flexibility to commit to some sleep in shifts, which will also incorporate weekends
  • Ideally, a qualification in Health and Social Care Level 2 or 3 or the willingness to work towards this

 Senior Support Workers

Job Title: Senior Support Worker

Job Type: Full time

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Salary Details: £10.18

Are you currently looking for a Senior Support Worker role? If you have great leadership skills, enjoy motivating a team and have strong communication skills, this could be the career move for you. It is essential that you have previous experience of working in a social care setting. Experience with learning disabilities would be an additional plus.

You will:

  • Champion our company policies, procedures and legislation
  • Share and communicate with employees, peers, families and other professionals
  • Show confidence and inspire a team
  • Support the Deputy and Registered Managers of the services
