HR Administrator

Job Title: HR Administrator

Job Type: Part time – 30 hours

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Salary Details: £14,860 per annum

Closing Date: 19th September 2017

Jubilee House has a unique opportunity available for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team based in Welwyn Garden City. The role is a part time permanent position based on 30 hours per week and we are offering the HR Administrator a salary of £14,860 per annum.

You will be required to carry out a range of administrative duties including recruitment, training co-ordination, probation, induction and the new starter process. The main purpose of the role is to support the HR Lead with all administrative tasks within the department by using modern transformational HR practices and processes.

You will have good communication skills, be highly motivated and able to manage conflicting priorities in a changing environment.  You must be able to demonstrate strong IT skills and have good attention to detail.


Outreach Support Workers

Job Title: Support Worker

Job Type: Full time/Part time

Location: In and around Welwyn Garden City

Salary Details: From £9 per hour dependant on experience and qualifications

Closing Date: Open ended

As a Outreach Support Worker you will be supporting young people and adults with learning and physical disabilities by enabling individuals to access activities and life opportunities that maximise life experiences within the community and beyond.

Hours are flexible to suit our individuals who access our service, with various activities such as using public transport, going to discos, bowling, horse riding, supporting with cooking skills, going to the cinema, library, top golf, music sessions, dance classes or just having a good chat away from the family home.

Our services are designed to promote independence and support people to be able to access activities independently or part of a small group. You can support people who need our outreach sessions without this impacting on your full time job, the hours are flexible and the work is extremely rewarding and enjoyable.
