Waking Night Support Worker

Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker

Job Type: Part time perm – 20 hours (2 nights per week) including bank holidays and weekends

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Salary Details: £9.50 per hour

Closing Date: 31st January 2018

Jubilee House has an opportunity available for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our Charity based in Welwyn Garden City.

As a Waking Night Support Worker you will provide waking night support alongside the sleep-in staff where provided, carrying out domestic duties throughout the night and completing checks on the people we support, or being there if they need anything during the night. You will be responsible for all aspects of the services users, safety and security of the service or their home. You will be required to assist with the personal care of the individual service users/residents as defined in the individuals support plan, ensuring respect and dignity at all times.

Ideally QCF Level 2 qualification and experience in a similar support role, with adults with Autism and Epilepsy.

 

Support Worker

Job Title: Support Worker – Supported Living

Job Type: Full time – perm

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Salary Details: £16,500 – £18,300 per annum

A great opportunity for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.

As a Support Worker you will be supporting young people and adults with learning and physical disabilities by developing their independence, exercising their choice, making decisions, knowing their rights and promoting equal opportunities and respect for diversity. You will provide high quality person centred support and care which enables people to live their life in the way they choose. You will be required to work as part of a team and at times some lone working.
