Job Title: Finance Assistant
Job Type: Part time
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary Details: £11 per hour
Jubilee House Care Trust is a forward thinking charity who has an opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Department based in Welwyn Garden City. Our Charity have been working within the community for the last 40 years with children and adults with learning disabilities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and has had previous experience within a finance role. Some of your duties will include:
- Administer SAGE – Debtors and Creditors Ledger
- Control Petty Cash
- Financial Analysis
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Support Finance Manager
You will have a high level of integrity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to show initiative and liaise with key stakeholders to follow up and resolve any finance queries. It would be great if you have a comprehensive knowledge of SAGE accounts or an equivalent.

Job Title: Support Workers
Job Type: Full time and part time hours and 7 month maternity cover available
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary Details: £17,500 – £18,300 per annum
We are currently looking for full, part time and a 7 month maternity cover support workers in our Residential, Supported Living and Short Breaks Services.
As a Support Worker you will be supporting young people and adults with learning and physical disabilities by developing their independence, exercising their choice, making decisions, knowing their rights and promoting equal opportunities and respect for diversity. You will provide high quality person centred support and care which enables people to live their life in the way they choose. You will be required to work as part of a team and at times some lone working.

For the successful candidate we will pay you a £250 bonus following the completion of your probationary period.
