Jennifer became a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2017. A commercial lawyer by profession Jennifer has recently completed a Masters course and now works for a heritage consultancy helping manage change in the historic environment.
Phil Kelsey
Trustee

Phil Kelsey

Phil became a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2016 and sits on the Governance Committee. Phil is head of central operations for Logistics for a large UK retailer, a role that utilities skills in planning, organisation and leadership. Phil also has lead accountability for risk, and business continuity in his role, which involves the identification, classification and mitigation of risk.
Sam Perry
Registered Manager

Sam Perry

Sam joined Jubilee House in 1995 as a support worker, she now manages both of our organisation's Short Break centres. Sam has a passion for making sure that individuals receive the highest quality of support that meets their needs. She oversees both centres and has achieved consistently good ratings from CQC and achieving an Outstanding rating by Ofsted in October 2018.
Jai Bryant
Registered Manager

Jai Bryant

Jai joined Jubilee House as Deputy Manager in April 2017 for our Residential and Supported Living services. She has a background in Domiciliary Care and Enablement and shows a passion for promoting independence and well-being. As of 1st November 2019 Jai was appointed to the position of Registered Manager for our Residential ser-vice, Jonquil Close and is leading the team to achieve the highest standards possible.
Philip Brooks
Trustee

Philip Brooks

Philip became a Trustee in 2004 and took up the position of Company Secretary from 2012-2019. Currently Philip is the Governance committee chair and sits on the Finance and Operations committees. An Architectural Assistant by profession, he currently works as a Building Design Manager for a contractor predominantly building affordable homes. Philip first became involved with Jubilee House as a member of the contractors team who built the Peartree Short Break Centre.

Steve Stokes

Steve became a Trustee in 2005 and Chair in 2009. An architect by profession and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Steve is currently a director at a London architectural firm
Larry Shaw

Larry Shaw

Larry is a retired special needs teacher who became a trustee in the late 1980’s and she has adopted the role of fundraiser on behalf of Jubilee House for many years. She received the award for Volunteer of the Year at Hertfordshire Care Providers Awards in 2012.
Ade Onagoruwa

Ade Onagoruwa

Ade became a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2020. Ade is head of Employee Relations for a UK FTSE top 100 company. A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Ade has over 25 years’ experience in HR, having had roles and responsibilities at every touch-point of the employee experience, from recruitment to exit, and at every level - operational, tactical and strategic.
James Yianni

James Yianni

James became a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2017. James is a chartered accountant and currently works for the professional services company PWC. He specialises in provide assurance services to clients in the ‘Not for Profit’ sector, including both charities and health care providers.
