Governance and Management
Led by people who believe in giving the best
Jubilee House Care Trust is a charity supporting and caring for children and adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism
Our Board of volunteer Trustees oversees the overall governance and strategic direction of the charity. They operate within a committee structure, with most responsibilities retained at the board level. The key committees include Finance, Governance, and Operations.
Our Senior Leadership Team is responsible for delivering the organisation’s strategic aims, supported by the Operational Management Team.
Together, the Trustees and Management Team foster strong communication, uphold a positive organisational ethos, and encourage innovation while adopting best practices at all times, and ensuring the individuals we support are at the heart of all we do.
Our ambition is for Jubilee House Care Trust to achieve these Strategic aims:
- To deliver the highest quality support and care
