What a fantastic afternoon we had at our annual Company Day on Friday! It was brilliant to bring everyone together at The White Horse, Burnham Green for a relaxed afternoon of great food, laughter, and team spirit. After the BBQ, got competitive with some garden games provided by Figg's Bouncy castles , and played Spin the Wheel, where everyone walked away with a win! We’re delighted to share that refurbishment works at The Meadows have now been completed following an incredible three-week project led by the Willmott Dixon Interiors team as part of their Trainee Challenge 2026. The transformation has helped create a brighter, warmer and more welcoming environment for those who use the service. We’re delighted to share photos of our newly commissioned Graffiti Wall at Peartree, created by the hugely talented Charlie @1t2sugars. What really set this project apart was the time Charlie spent with the young people we support, giving them the chance to see creativity take shape up close and be part of the process. The photos show the mural at different stages, from early sketches through to a bold, vibrant finished piece full of energy and meaning. Potters Bar Fire Station Last weekend, despite the rainy weather, the amazing team at Potters Bar Fire Station welcomed us for a personal tour — and what an incredible experience it was! Company Day Fun! On Friday, we held our Company Day at Woolmer Green Village Hall. We enjoyed delicious pizza from Domino's Pizza , took part in friendly competitions to earn points and win goody bags, and ended the day with our much-anticipated annual rounders match. Last night, we attended the Oaklands College Employer Celebration & Awards Evening – a fantastic event recognising the achievements of apprentices, students, and the value of employer partnerships. We were super proud to have been awarded the "Get Career Ready Champions" Award! This recognition reflects the amazing collaboration we’ve built with Oaklands College, and the shared commitment to developing talent and creating meaningful opportunities for young people.
