Sam joined Jubilee House in 1995 as a support worker, she now manages our Children and Adults Short Break centres. Sam has a passion for making sure that individuals receive the highest quality of support that meets their needs. She oversees both centres and has achieved consistently good ratings from CQC and Ofsted. In October 2018, Sam and the children service team achieved the first Outstanding rating by Ofsted in the Charities 40 year history which makes us the only ‘Outstanding’ children’s service in Hertfordshire.
