Gill became a Trustee in July 2022, bringing 32 years of social care experience with her. Working up from Support Worker through to Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities services; and Consultant to Operations Director for Social Care Recruitment & Domiciliary Care Services nationwide across all sectors.

Throughout Gill’s career her main focus has been on Social Care, in many different areas from Learning & Development, HR, Recruitment, Compliance & Governance and in recent years has focused on Leadership & Management Care training, developing individuals to support organisations succession planning.
