Ade became a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2020. Ade is head of Employee Relations for a UK FTSE top 100 company. A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Ade has over 25 years’ experience in HR, having had roles and responsibilities at every touch-point of the employee experience, from recruitment to exit, and at every level - operational, tactical and strategic.
Alaina Coates
Registered Manager

Alaina Coates

Alaina joined the Charity in August 2022 as Registered Manager for three of our Supported Living and Residential Services. She has worked in health and social care for many years in various settings including Hightown and HCC. During this time, she has dedicated 17 years to specialising in learning disabilities and mental health. Alaina is hugely passionate about empowering people and enabling them to live full lives, and she brings that passion and commitment to her teams.
Jon Pratten
Jon was appointed CEO in 2018, having completed a year as the interim CEO in 2017. Jon joined the Jubilee House Board of Trustees in 2014 and was the deputy Chairman and headed the Operations Committee focused on supporting the Operations Team and staff around various projects. He was also a member of the Health and Safety Committee helping protect service users, staff and the wider public. Jon's background is in forming technology companies, managing teams and supporting organisations to get the best from their technology investments.

Jon Banerjee

Jon became a Trustee and Treasurer in 2012 and is the Chair of the Finance committee. Jon recently retired from the role of director of Finance and Administration for the charity Hertfordshire Action on Disability (HAD).
Jane Johnstone
Head of Finance

Jane Johnstone

Jane joined Jubilee House in May 2021 having previously worked in the Education sector since 2000 gaining a working knowledge of public finance and charity accounting. As a former Director for Finance and Resources of a large secondary academy in Watford, Jane has many diverse skills to assist with the Business Management of the service. Also, as a parent to a former Jubilee House service user, she is passionate about ensuring value for money for the service and its users.
Helen Hargreaves

Helen Hargreaves

Helen joined the team in 2017 and has a background in HR and Operations Management in the property sector. She works closely with the senior management team to ensure all aspects of the HR function dovetail with the operational needs of the Charity. She is passionate about people and helping create a positive working environment to support our employees in their challenging and important roles.
Julie O’Connor

Julie O’Connor

Julie has worked in the care industry since 2004, in Residential, Supported Living and Special Education settings. Julie joined Jubilee House in April 2022 after 8 years of managing The Pines for Action for Children. Her passion is for the young people in the service to have their voices heard and she is committed to delivering care to the highest standard. The Pines has achieved a “Good” rating in all three areas and our vision is for the service to reach an “Outstanding”. Julie is hugely experienced and brings a wealth of knowledge including her Level 5 qualification along with two Level 3’s in Management and Adult care.
