Jane Johnstone

Jane joined Jubilee House in May 2021 having previously worked in the Education sector since 2000 gaining a working knowledge of public finance and charity accounting. As a former Director for Finance and Resources of a large secondary academy in Watford, Jane has many diverse skills to assist with the Business Management of the service. Also, as a parent to a former Jubilee House service user, she is passionate about ensuring value for money for the service and its users.
Helen Hargreaves
Head of HR

Helen Hargreaves

Helen joined the team in 2017 and has a background in HR and Operations Management in the property sector. She works closely with the senior management team to ensure all aspects of the HR function dovetail with the operational needs of the Charity. She is passionate about people and helping create a positive working environment to support our employees in their challenging and important roles.
Julie O’Connor
Registered Manager

Julie O’Connor

Julie has worked in the care industry since 2004, in Residential, Supported Living and Special Education settings. Julie joined Jubilee House in April 2022 after 8 years of managing The Pines for Action for Children. Her passion is for the young people in the service to have their voices heard and she is committed to delivering care to the highest standard. The Pines has achieved a “Good” rating in all three areas and our vision is for the service to reach an “Outstanding”. Julie is hugely experienced and brings a wealth of knowledge including her Level 5 qualification along with two Level 3’s in Management and Adult care.
