The running of Jubilee House is headed by the Business Management and Operational Care Management team.  We have extensive care and management experience all focused on the people we care for and support.

Care Management

Sam Perry
Registered Manager

Sam Perry

Sam joined Jubilee House in 1995 as a support worker, she now manages both of our organisation's Short Break centres. Sam has a passion for making sure that individuals receive the highest quality of support that meets their needs. She oversees both centres and has achieved consistently good ratings from CQC and Ofsted.
Brett Mitchelmore
Registered Manager

Brett Mitchelmore

Brett is the Registered Manager for our Residential Services, Jonquil and Lincoln Close which each provide support for six adults who live with us permanently. These two services cater for differing levels of need, frequently involving physical, as well as learning, disabilities. Brett has worked in the care and support field for all of his working life and has spent a lot of time working with individuals with autism and complex learning disabilities.
Kim Lacey
Registered Manager

Kim Lacey

Kim joined as a Registered Manager for our Supported Living services in December 2017, she brings over 20 years of experience working with adults with learning disabilities. Having worked in various settings: day services, short breaks, supported living and outreach this has provided Kim with a vast knowledge of the support needs required to manage our two Supported Living schemes. She has a passion for empowering and enabling individuals to live their lives their way, whilst promoting independence and support to learn daily living skills.

Business Management

Jon Pratten
Jon was appointed CEO in 2018, having completed a year as the interim CEO in 2017. Jon joined the Jubilee House Board of Trustees in 2014 and was the deputy Chairman and headed the Operations Committee focused on supporting the Operations Team and staff around various projects. He was also a member of the Health and Safety Committee helping protect service users, staff and the wider public. Jon's background is in forming technology companies, managing teams and supporting organisations to get the best from their technology investments.

Nicola Shapton

Nicola has been employed by Jubilee House for 20 years starting her career within the children’s service. Her responsibility is to work with the senior team and employees to ensure that our resources meet the current needs/demands of a developing organisation.
Rhian Capener
Finance Manager

Rhian Capener

Rhian joined Jubilee House in 2009, after nineteen years with Schroders. She is responsible for all aspects of Jubilee House’s finances, in particular: ensuring that its financial records are maintained to a high standard, financial planning, looking at financial aspects of any new projects and initiatives, and for safeguarding the financial assets of the charity.
