Sam Perry

Registered Short Breaks Manager
Sam joined Jubilee House in 1995 as a support worker, she now manages both of our organisation's Short Break centres. Sam has a passion for making sure that individuals receive the highest quality of support that meets their needs. She oversees both centres and has achieved consistently good ratings from CQC and Ofsted.

Registered Manager
Brett is the Project Manager for Jonquil Close, our purpose built bungalow providing 24 hour residential care and support for six individuals with complex and profound learning disabilities. He has worked in the care and support field for all of his working life.

Interim CEO
Jon has been appointed as Interim CEO for 2017 and is continuing his work with the Jubilee House team and service users. He has extensive knowledge of business systems and processes and is working to increase the number of people Jubilee House supports and cares for.

HR Manager
Nicola has been employed by Jubilee House for 20 years starting her career within the children’s service. Her responsibility is to work with the senior team and employees to ensure that our resources meet the current needs/demands of a developing organisation.

Finance Manager
Rhian joined Jubilee House in 2009, after nineteen years with Schroders. She is responsible for all aspects of Jubilee House’s finances, in particular: ensuring that its financial records are maintained to a high standard, financial planning, looking at financial aspects of any new projects and initiatives, and for safeguarding the financial assets of the charity.
