Gill became a Trustee in July 2022, bringing 32 years of social care experience with her. Working up from Support Worker through to Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities services; and Consultant to Operations Director for Social Care Recruitment & Domiciliary Care Services nationwide across all sectors. Throughout Gill’s career her main focus has been on Social Care, in many different areas from Learning & Development, HR, Recruitment, Compliance & Governance and in recent years has focused on Leadership & Management Care training, developing individuals to support organisations succession planning.

Brett became a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2022. Brett has extensive experience leading healthcare operations throughout the UK. Originally qualifying as a Physiotherapist, although the past several years has been focused on strategic operations and service delivery leading large multi-site healthcare services.

Phil became a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2016, and Deputy Chair in 2019. Having previously worked as head of central logistics operations for a large UK food retailer, Phil now works with a number of clients as an independent logistics consultant.

Anthony has become a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2022. He is a Director at UBS and has extensive experience within the financial services sector working globally for leading investment banks. In addition to this, Anthony is a Senior Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University and has worked as a Management Consultant at Deloitte. Anthony holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Cambridge.

David has been a Trustee with Jubilee House since early 2021. David has a broad experience across multiple sectors at a senior level. This is across both strategic business development as well as operational delivery of services and objectives.

Steve became a Trustee in 2005 and Chairman in 2009. An architect by profession and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Steve spent his early career working in a client capacity, within the housing association sector, where he worked at as an architect, managed the delivery of capital programmes, developed reinvestment strategies, delivered cyclical maintenance programmes and pursued new business opportunities. In the late 1990’s he moved into private consultancy and is currently a partner at a London architectural firm.

James became a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2022. James has been a building surveyor for 35 years, is chartered (RICS) and currently works for Hastoe Housing Association. He has worked in a variety of different organisations, including the Metropolitan Police, independent schools and private consultancy. James has particular experience in project management and the maintenance of buildings. In his spare time James is a keen cyclist.
